Mrs. Rita Amonoo-Mensah is a qualified legal practitioner, communications specialist, and corporate affairs professional with a strong background in company law, commercial law, litigation, and corporate governance. She is the Principal Partner at Sighthill Law Consult and a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

She holds a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, an LLB from Central University, and an MA in Communications, Media, and Public Relations from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. Her academic and professional background uniquely positions her at the intersection of law, governance, and strategic communications.

Mrs. Amonoo-Mensah has previously served as Head of Corporate Affairs at Central University and held senior corporate communications roles at UT Financial Services and UT Holdings. Her experience includes regulatory engagement, stakeholder management, legal advisory services, and institutional brand governance.

On the Board of SMICL, she provides critical oversight on legal compliance, corporate governance frameworks, risk management, and ethical standards, ensuring the Company operates within both local and international regulatory environments.
